ti do la dieta del perfetto studente.
sveglia alle 6:00, rompere tre uova paesane in un bicchiere e berle senza sbatterle. 2 ore di corsa per la città poi tornare a casa e studiare fino alle 12:59. Alle ore 13:00 in punto ingerire un chilogrammo pesato di spaghetti n°5 con il pomodorino fresco e il basilico. Mezz'ora di pisolino e si torna sui libri. alle ore 18:00 un pò di piegamenti, addominali e flessioni. Alle 20:00 si cena. Un chilogrammo di carne con contorno leggero. Caffè, un paio di ore davanti la tv e si va a dormire.
A dimenticavo qua e la una carriola di frutta fa sempre bene.

D'accordissimo col regime alimentare del famoso nutrizionista prof. Mignacca. Mi permetto di suggerire un approccio meno sistematico e più libero sullo stile "Ad Capocchiam"... Almeno così facevo io...
